I'm looking for where the connection is coming from, none of the exec producers credited are RU alum (Harvard, Skidmore, 'cuse, Dublin Ireland).
Maybe a writer... but there's a lot of references (they created archival footage of a Rutgers game with historically accurate helmets).
Morgan's character is from Brooklyn so geographically makes sense, but for someone who is supposed to be a first overall draft pick, RU seems random when they could have picked literally any school in the country.
