This decision was telegraphed the day of oral arguments, shouldn't have been a surprise to anyone. It was a good day for the rule of law and the constitution. Congressional Repubs thought they could mail it in and do nothing for 4 years. They'll get that chance again after midterms when they get sidelined. Last chance for their voices to be heard between now and midterms or maybe they'll just continue to defer to the King. This is what happens when you try to govern by EO and emergency actions. Courts will eventually shut the illegal and unconstitutional nonsense down. Trump looked like a small child again criticizing the decision and his appointed justices who followed the law and not almighty King Trump.
