It was a **** call man. You don’t call that in that situation unless it’s flagrant.
No way that would have been called with 4 minutes left. However, CC did push off, despite the flop. Should not have been called, but CC did make a bad play. Love CC, but tonight he cost us the game all night. He’s a baller and has won us so many games. Love the guy, so I forgive him!

Murphy exposed our front court D. He’s not very good, which tells us that our paint D is now as bad as our perimeter D.

Regression 101!

He revitalized the Tennessee Program to be where they are today as well.
If we’re going the old guy route to stabilize the program just go get Pitino. He’s the best basketball mind in the last 50 years of basketball. But surely that’s not the best option.

The guy had his arm wrapped around Chandlers back. If you’re gonna get nitpicky at that point of the game call that.

The refs snatched victory from the jaws of defeat, that call always goes against the defense. The defense is desperate in that situation and the refs allowed the defender to have his arm wrapped around his back and that helped it appear that he was pushed when his arms flew back. Chandler played it like everyone else does, Kentucky just doesn’t get the calls everyone else gets. NOBODY loses games like that without the refs making absurd calls like that idiot did tonight.

Chandler's push gave the official the opportunity to call the foul. That issue is on Chandler and the time out conversation should have been DON'T FOUL, DON'T FOUL. That loss is all on piss poor basketball IQ. Coaches and players low IQ.

Dude the kid had his arm wrapped around Chandlers back. If you’re gonna have a quick whistle call that. We were on offense. You don’t really expect a ref to be that blatantly corrupt.

I don’t care. You’ve got to be blind not to see that was a flop. Any competent ref does not fall for that. The force of that “push off” wouldn’t have moved my 5 year old granddaughter
When Chandler extended his arm and it did contact the defender was the reason that call will be made 90% of the time.

Courtney Green might as well had an Auburn jersey on the whole night. If his calls from the game were examined I bet his whistle favored Auburn at least 80% of the time.

Chandler should have got his arm off of him or made the ref do it before the ball was inbounded. The defender knew what he was going to do and the arm around the back was the advantage he needed to win the Oscar. Nine times out of ten that call will be a foul on the defense by reason of the arm around his back impeding him from reaching to grab the ball. If you need to take a step and reach for the ball and the guy goes flying, he fu——— had a hold of him.

How are the BYU Mormans ten times more exciting than UK? The actual basketball being played and the arena. Man UK has more problems than Pope and Mitchy boy.

they are definitely problems but only two of them.

It would usually have been a no call, but not today for us.

MO D makes a huge block but no one on Kentucky could grab it then they miss a layup and Kentucky couldn't grab it.

This kind of loss is the toughest kind of loss to take. Up 3 with 18 secs left and to lose like that.

It should have been a no call if he didn’t call the first one. Thats the oldest trick in the book, flail like you’ve been shot, it will look better if your arms unwind from holding the guy getting the pass.

Amazing that some here are defending that ******* call. I’d say the same if it were two teams I have zero interest in.

And why wouldn't you as an AU defender, I mean your told to foul if they get it in anyway. And no time goes off the clock if the foul goes against you. Looks like great coaching or smart player. But really came down to fkn refs deciding this one.

I would have done the same thing as the defender, against Kentucky at home, the refs will cave and probably give us the call. That call decided the outcome of this game, that’s why most officials never make a call on plays like that at the end of games. It was a no call or a foul on the defender, the arm around the back was completely ignored, so no foul should have been called.

Kentucky is not happy with a good coach, they want a great coach that has a final four or championship resume, and there probably not getting that.
Then we could’ve hired another UK alum, someone with a championship pedigree: Frank Vogel.

I'm just glad I'm retired and not working at the mine, I would be getting ripped hard on this team.
Well 2nd thought, I'm in Utah and Morman country, so they might not rip Pope 😂

And I'm at the point, where I'm not getting to wound up over any game this team plays, and it don't matter who is coaching. But you know as well as I do, winning can start an all new spark, that turns into fire.

Oweh single-handedly won this game for us !!
What was Oweh doing on the final defensive possession?

Looks like he jumped out of position, ran around guarding no one, then jumped and almost grabbed the rim, and then finally stood under the backboard to get a good view of the game winning put back.
