Nebraska-Cards in Arlington, TX

Not paying $30 for FloSports to watch 3 ballgames a year, so I’m actually “watching” the game on YouTube. Someone has the Nebraska radio broadcast combined with a live stats page, so all I’m actually watching is the game stats update (about 30 seconds ahead of the radio broadcast).

Cards are the home team in this one. Ethan Eberle again is doing a decent job in his second start, but he’s not getting any help from the Louisville bats. Just gave up a solo home run in the top of the 5th, as Nebraska extends their lead to 2-0.

Eberle pitches 5 2/3 innings, giving up just 2 runs. Jack Brown comes on to get the last out in the Nebraska 6th. Need to get the bats going!

Funny … I stepped out shortly after Elam started off our 6th inning with a double, so I didn’t know we came back to win until I saw your post. I went to my ESPN app to look up the final score, and it currently says the final score was Nebraska 4, UofL 2.

Don’t believe everything the world wide leader says!
