Note for everyone that ESPN+ is not ACCN extra, you have to subscribe separately to it to watch. This is due to ECU being the home team and their media deal with the American Conference. People always get mad about this, plan ahead to be disappointed or pay a few bucks extra to watch!

For those with DirecTV, the channel guide shows our game airing on 210-4, which is one of the extra dSPN+ channels that were added a few months ago.

Just updated my disney+, hulu sub to include espn unlimited (which includes espn+). Only doing for 1 month and then switching back

I’d bet we get good Norby tonight, have to hit the fastball early in counts. Need Jason to match Norby. Make Cliff Godwin uncomfortable, I think my disdain for the way ECU plays is noted on here but when he gets uncomfortable and they get Dow he tends to try and do some dumb stuff. Sometimes it works, most times it does not. Love this series.

He has some loud starts last year, he’s potentially what you’re saying but it’s not cemented.. he’s had some duds.

Norby can be very off and on, when he is on it's scary—he put up 19 Ks in 7 1/3 inning against a Coastal team who went all the way to the championship — but as with his last outing against Xavier outing he's nowhere near perfect. Even last year he was streaky, although he notched 119Ks he struggled against Charlotte and FAU but dominated when facing Florida, Costal and South Florida. Last year when going toe to toe with the Tar Heels he tossed 4.2 allowing two runs on 4 hits and striking out 6. Norby seems to be able to match the moment, if he's on it'll be an electric battle tonight.

Norby wasn't good last Friday. Pitched into the 4th, and Cliff pulled him. He is going to want to work fast. We need to break his rhythm.

thing that worries me is that Norby is a certified strike-thrower, really fills up the zone. even when he's off he's not one to give free passes, he just loses movement and gets hit around. for a team that's been really reliant on walks/hbps/wild pitches to get on base and advance runners with any kind of regularity so far, that's a really tough matchup. gonna have to put good swings on him and get the ball to find grass to have a chance imo, just putting together good ABs isn't going to cut it

Have to get A swings off early in the count, attack him the same way we attacked Witherspoon last year in the regionals. If you get down In the count it will spell issues. One of those games I wish we’d load the middle of the order with RHH.

With the way Maginnis and Hynek hsve been to start the year you can’t take them out, maybe cooper but that hurts you on defense. Tough spot but in two at bats he’s looked really good.

Do you know Rom? Sure are advocating he plays a bunch more… especially this early in the season when he was a below average hitter for us, and not the best in the outfield last year. He’s also not young showing a ton of promise. He may help us this year, but there’s surely a LOT of other guys who have shown more potential and are younger. Just seems strange to be on the Kellis train so hard…

I mean, he’s 2-2 with 2 doubles.. so there’s some validity to it.

suggestions please on way to watch today's game live FOR FREE. Do not have ESPN+ but do have ACCN and ACCNX, ESPN and ESPN2. Is there a stream for free out there.
