This team is just so weird and inconsistent. I want to say hell no, but this Jekyll and Hyde team could walk in their and shock us and come out with a win.
In all honesty, how bad does it have to be before pope has a talk with himself and acknowledges this is not uk basketball and he can’t continue to run it into the ground?

Have to do something we didn't do vs. Georgia, which is guard the 3-point line. Hall, Overton, and Pettiford can drain them. Front court should have an easier time with Murphy than they did with Cyril. We can/should win, which means we very well might not.

Every game for us is a coin flip!

Think this is almost a lock to be a close game late where anything can happen.

Teams are very similar on paper.

Game probably comes down to whether Pettiford shoots it well or not. Hall is going to tear us up.

Depends. Voted no, but it's totally dependent on our players deciding if they want to put forth the required effort for 40 minutes. I'm convinced 80% of our problems are effort related, esp.on defense. And once again, that is a reflection on the coaching staff.

Their big guy plays physical and we saw how all our bigs except Mo wilted around somto so I fully expect them to play even more scared on the road. I’m sure pope will be subbing out 2 of our 3 scorers in 3 mins cause he’s not learned a thing in 2 yrs here but unless someone in the paint grows a set then it’s going to be a very tough game to win.

I say no, but who knows? Throwing some chicken bones and squeezing the goat's testicles would be about as accurate as anything anyone could predict about this team.

No they've won for the last time this year this team has quit. Auburns the toughest environment in the league right now no reason to think they're gonna win

Probably not. Auburn is going to be scorching those nets with wide open 3 after wide open 3 all game like Florida and Georgia did.

Considering we have the following issues, consistently, I voted no:

- can’t guard the 3
- sub insanity
- can’t dribble
- won’t pass
- bad game plan
- come out slow and unfocused
- turnover machine
- can’t hit free throws
- refuse to run plays for our shooter
- play dudes who suck too many minutes
- play dudes who don’t suck too few minutes

Thoughts? Yes, no?

I assume Auburn will be favored.
We play better as underdogs.
I think we will win.

If we do not win another league game, we will finish the season with 16 losses. Ouch ...

We will inevitably be down 15 in the first half, their tiny arena will be going insane (they do have a great set up with students right on the floor, basically the opposite of Funeral Parlor Rupp Arena.)
We will cut the lead to like 5 with 10 minutes left in the game, then will we win??

I think we win by 2 somehow. Daddy Pearl ain't there to save the day.

Can you tell me if our players are going to be motivated to start the game? I need that info before I vote.
They haven’t been but one tim all year (Hogs) so I’d say no. Pope has proven he has many faults as a coach, but the lack of ability to even slightly motivate his players is near the top of the list.

I voted no but honestly I have no idea. To me it's a guess at this point with team and Pope. Win the rest or lost the rest would not even surprise me at this point. Just blah on where we are as a program.
^^^^ Absolutely this. And the sad things is, it’s gotten so “blah” for me it doesn’t really matter if they win the rest or lose the rest. They aren’t going anywhere in the SEC tournament or the NCAA this year nor will things improve any next year as long as Pope is still coaching. Love the player Pope, but have already had way more than enough of “coach” Pope.

Yes we will win this game and should beat South Carolina. Vandy, A and M, and Florida games are the ones that I’m not so sure about. I agree with Jedwar, who knows how the end of this season is going to go with this team.

Similar to where I am. Georgia game was sheer boredom. I was there and the crowd tried numerous times to lift up the team but they didn't really respond. I have lost a lot of interest in the team this year as everytime I think we've turned the corner and get a little excited they come up with a stinker game and show little effort. It's gotten old.
