Northwestern certainly did run away from Northwestern.
like most fans, I ran far away from my television in the second half so, technically, Northwestern did run away from Northwestern.

Clever title Lou!

Here are my takeaways from the Wildcats' fifth straight loss.

During these last few games we have sometimes seen really good first halves and we fall apart in second. To a certain extent it has been running out of gas like against Mich, But others (like against NEB, it is like they are two different teams in second half. It seems we have pretty good game plans going into the games. Are the poor second halves just running out of steam or the other team making much better adjustments in second half? Thoughts?

The Nebraska game was just Nebraska deciding to stop playing like ****, turning the ball over excessively, and subsequently hitting their shots as they usually do. Combined with Martinelli not scoring, which means this team has zero punch.
