Mississippi State judge. Shocking.

I chucked at this initially, thinking it was a Bulldog alum nonetheless granting relief to the Rebels.

But it seems like you just meant a state court judge, in Mississippi. Judge Whitwell, however, it would seem, got his law degree from Ole Miss.

Auto correct capitalized "state". Thought it looked odd but I left it alone. Always struggle with capitalizations like that so I assumed auto correct knew best .
