A large percentage of this country don’t want to see a man wear a dress on their television. Regardless of what you think about that personally, many believe that is a mental disorder. Normally, that wouldnt be an issue. We could just change the channel. In this case, it has become a big deal because it’s one of the single biggest entertainment events of the year in the United States and a majority of the country watches the Super Bowl. Combine that with the social media age we live in and now it’s a viral conversation that’s turned into a raging debate/argument like every other debatable topic recently. 15 years ago this would have been a huge nothing burger. Maybe a news article or two leading up to today and some conversations around the water cooler on Monday morning at work. Unfortunately now we have to hear everyone’s opinion’s about everything and many don’t have any restraint and/or accountability.
I don’t need you to agree with me about God, family or country. That would make this world a very boring place. I also don’t want you to bring your beliefs into my living room and I’ll refrain from doing that to you. I’ll be glad to talk about what we differ on if we can do it in a civil fashion and I actually do that regularly with a few work friends.

One thing that's interesting about you is that you want to forgive and condone anything that suits your predisposed views and then you will turn and use every character flaw you can find (including making things up if necessary) to attack those you do not like. So basically, you're just like everyone in this thread who doesn't approve of him performing at halftime only in the direction you think is OK. And the best part is I bet you don't even see it.

Agree to disagree on a lot of what you say here. I dont usually watch the halftime show anyway because I don’t care to see half naked people dancing. I would assume that makes me some sort of snowflake or scared of something but I’m okay with that. I would hope the more liberal people on this board would be tolerant of my beliefs in that regard. As I said, we don’t need to be the same.
BTW, I’m rooting for the Seahawks, primarily because I don’t like the patriots and I’m a Raiders fan so I would like to see Klint Kubiak do well tonight.

I think.. until they announced the half time show, I tried to find out why the Super Bowl was featuring “Bad Bunny” . What I saw and heard didn’t impress me, in fact since I don’t speak nor understand it, it was sorta a no brained that I wouldn’t watch the half time show. Now since he( if that is the correct pronoun) has started making it political Why would I watch some who wants to make a political statement when I can’t understand nor care.

Absolutely not. I haven't tuned in for the Super Bowl for years. I will tune in for the Turning Point alternative half time show that will display positive values that the NFL can't seem to handle.
