It’s stunning how many people are afraid to step out of their comfort zone and listen to something different. We live in a multicultural society
A large part of the culture surrounding the current administration is that they don't want us to live in a multicultural society anymore. And it's incredibly sad.

how many people did the Obama administration deport...just curious?

This has nothing to do with this administration. I am a conservative and 100% not against "multicultural society"

There is a time and place for it...having a dude in a dress on stage at the Super Bowl singing in a language that almost no one watching or in attendance is just dumb. How does that even make sense?

oh and one that has insulted the American Flag by the way

I listen to a fair amount of Latino music, including reggaeton.

i don’t listen to vulgar or raunchy music, though. Protecting my kids and my own thoughts. I don’t even listen to 2Pac, anymore.

I can listen to Daddy Yankee now that he’s changed his messaging. Grupo Frontera is my favorite.

How does it make sense that the "family friendly MAGA sponsored" alternative features Kid Rock, who is on record multiple times for wanting to have s ex with underage women? There is no time and place for that... having a dude on stage at a Super Bowl alternative concert who flouts being a pedophile guised in a family friendly event is just dumb.

think he stated publicly that he will be wearing a dress...you're right that could change I guess. Regardless horrible decision with all the great American options for the Super Bowl

There was a reason I was brought up with the understanding that discussing politics and religion in civil society was taboo. We are living proof that idiocracy rules when everyone has a microphone.

Think Kidrock will play his song "Cool Daddy Cool?" Lyrics here:

Classic Kid Rock pedophile stuff. And one more for good measure!

All of you who said you don't want to watch Benito because he "sings in a dress" and you're going to watch a proud pedophile instead are worse than hypocrites.

Is it ok to think that Kid Rock sucks, or does that earn me some kind of label?

Just a thought here. What exactly is multicultural? Can you define what that is supposed to mean in your mind? It gets thrown around all the time by certain people but I don't think they really ever define it or say exactly what they mean by it. It's considered a positive thing I believe and yet an undefinable thing. So I'd like you to tell me what it is so I can learn. Thank you!

How about"No. He's not talented or entertaining" instead of your dishonest attempt to understand those that are different than you.

He actually said he doesn’t mind or expect people to learn Spanish, he just wants them to dance to his music.

He’s done nothing but spread positivity and he is receiving death threats for it. The “Christian” right has no limits when it comes to intolerance and hate.

The show should be great, and being proud of being a Puerto Rican does not equal hating America.

Some of the responses in here are despicable and truly evidence of how many southerners just follow marching orders when it comes to being told what to like or dislike.

I will be watching and I’m excited to see what he does, as someone who has been a fan of his since before he was even listed on Spotify.
I don’t know anything about the guy, besides that he sings in Spanish and hates ICE. I get that he’s really popular world wide. I fail to understand the thought process of America’s biggest stage hosting a guy that 90% of its viewers won’t even understand what he’s singing. But it does have people talking, so it’s a win i guess. I’ll watch something I can actually enjoy because i understand the language it’s sung in.

The only halftime show I even remember is the 90s/early 2000s rap one from a couple of years ago. I rarely pay any attention to it and I assume tonight will be no different. I have zero interest in Bad Bunny but it doesn’t have anything to do with his politics

The only thing I know Bad Bunny from is that movie Bullet Train. Could not tell you a song. But I am curious. The show could be fun.

Katy Perry and Gaga were better than I expected. Last year was not bad and I could not tell you song then either. Rammstein and TOOL have huge potential but neither is family friendly.

Bruce and U2 have already done it. Plus, they are getting old as well. I don't need to see a 70+ Stones, Aerosmith, or ACDC. Eddie VH is dead. Pearl Jam would be interesting, but I don't know if they would do it.

Not sure the format is a great fit for a jam band.

I don’t care that you like/live LGBTQ but don’t shove in my face. At least that lifestyle is only transferable to one place after death.
This guy would have loved the Dark Ages lol. Let's burn a couple witches while we're at it!

You think a Creator who is sufficiently evolved enough to create a multiverse and exist outside of time and space cares if two consenting adults on one of the random planets in that multiverse prefer the same sex?

And you think this same Creator looks at good people who happen to be born gay (which most scientists believe is the case when it comes to sexual preference) due to his evolutionary plan he allowed for in His infinite wisdom and decides those people should burn like one of Salem's witches except this time they'll burn for all eternity?

I thought Gaga was really good as well and was shocked by that one. Michael Jackson’s was pretty memorable. Heck lots have been. This one will not be watched so it won’t matter

I think it is funny that people get their panties in a wad about the Super Bowl halftime show. Or that Kid Rock is more family oriented than Bad Bunny. Seriously? Kid Rock's lyrics are as dirty as they come. I will watch neither.
