Illegals are not “our people”. They are not represented by the We The People document

@Jfcarter3
Wrong. Per usual:

“…undocumented (illegal) immigrants in the United States are protected by the Fourth Amendment against unreasonable searches and seizures.
Courts generally interpret "the people" in the Constitution to include non-citizens, both lawful and unlawful, present within U.S. borders, meaning ICE and police require warrants or probable cause for searches.”

I just think perhaps you should give a community who had explicitly racist laws against them removed only 60 years ago a little more time before you make blanket statements about their culture.
This is interesting and a great example of what I’m talking about. This interviewer is imposing all these grievances and trying to make this man something he isn’t. Many, many people feel much like this man. Check it out.

Yeah, you will see. There is going to be a Supreme Court case about it.

We The People does not include people that are here illegally. It’s becoming a much more widely held position and it makes logical sense.

It will get before SCOTUS before too long. It’s an excellent argument.

Won’t surprise me if she has that idea. But will be surprised if she makes it through primaries.
I’m begging, please anyone but her.

I think it means an automatic Republican White House birth if she is the nominee. But I still don’t want her to be the nominee. I think the country deserves better.

Which Republican will be giving birth in the White House if Kamala is the Dem candidate?

Yeah, don’t think it will be but would be very disappointed.

Some activist lib wrote this. Not applicable for illegal immigrants. Legal immigrants would be covered.

Here is the whole video. The part with the Obamas was just a small part of the video that depicts several other politicians as animals. That part was left out of the initial outrage.

Probably should have passed on posting it, but it’s not nearly as bad as I originally thought ally thought.

The fact that you’re trying to reinterpret and rationalize one of the oldest racist tropes in the history of the United States is unbelievable. The blind faith that you put into your cult leader is astounding. 10-15 years ago, people’s careers would be ruined saying stuff like this. Now it’s just normal everyday life.

What are your thoughts on the POTUS sending out this racist tweet to the world?
I care as much as i cared when the crazy birthing person' got shot in the face after driving her car at an ICE agent. Or the violent "nurse" who showed up armed to obstruct ICE in the course of their duties. (hint: that's not much) I don't sit waiting expectenly like a dog in front of a jar of treats on the kitchen counter for one of my handlers to feed me the next outrage.. I didn't even see the tweet. Definitely in poor taste if stop and think about it but could say that about lots of thngs and lots of people. I can't know, but i tend to think that there wasn't much thought beyond portrying barry and big mike in a bad light. Because they deserve it themselves irrespecitve of their skin color.

Why do i think that? Well, Trumps policy actions have not been racist, that i can tell. His policies and actions are resonating with the "black community" as evidenced by the increase in support in 2024 over 2020. Those who knew him in NYC before he entered the political arena not one has suggested he was racist. If there were racist tweets or interviews where he told blacks that they were't black if they didn't vote a certain way, we'd have known it. If he would have praised obama (first black president) by saying how articulate he was or that him being clean was one of the things that first came to his mind, we would have heard about it. Just to give a couple examples that i pulled out of thin air.

I think DJT needs to continue to keep the borders secure, continue to deport illegal aliens, ensure the security of our elections, get the american taxpayers off the hook fro the entire defense of the free world, promote america first. He keeps doing that and i'll keep being happy. Following DJT, i would like someone a little more circumspect, less narcissitic but DJT is what we needed at this moment. warts and all.

I have to run but just a couple thoughts. DJT has destroyed America's reputation around the world and that doesn't come without consequences.

He resonated with black voters because they thought he'd make their personal economies better but he's blown that to bits and that's before this tweet that doesn't bother you. Their support will be dropping off a cliff now and that should bother you. Don't pretend like the rest of America and the world aren't watching how Trump AND his base react to things like this because they're paying attention. Trust me

You. Are. Wrong.

Yes. It can/does. And in certain instances has been adjudicated that way. Especially their Constitutional rights to Due Process. That’s part of y’all’s problems, you speak authoritatively about something of which you clearly have no clue. The library of Congress addresses this:

“Eventually, the Supreme Court extended these constitutional protections to all aliens within the United States, including those who entered unlawfully, declaring that aliens who have once passed through our gates, even illegally, may be expelled only after proceedings conforming to traditional standards of fairness encompassed in due process of law.3 The Court reasoned that aliens physically present in the United States, regardless of their legal status, are recognized as persons guaranteed due process of law by the Fifth and Fourteenth Amendments.4 Thus, the Court determined, [e]ven one whose presence in this country is unlawful, involuntary, or transitory is entitled to that constitutional protection.5Accordingly, notwithstanding Congress’s indisputably broad power to regulate immigration, fundamental due process requirements notably constrained that power with respect to aliens within the territorial jurisdiction of the United States.6

This sounds like BS. I'm not buying it. Now some local activist commie judge could do anything on a one off case but it's not applicable on a nationwide basis.

Since I only have one guy on ignore, I'm assuming you're talking to that Rob guy ... yeah, there's something legitimately off about the guy. Both he and MTTiger ... I could actually see them snapping and doing bad, bad things. Oh, and that Alaska guy, too. JohnHughs, while as bad an egg as the others mentioned, is too much of a coward to do anything - he's just a sniveling attention-***** troll.
It's funny when the left says the right are legitimately off. Wow!

What Trump posted doesnt even compare to what the left posted about Charlie Kirk.
"The Left?" Who, pray tell, is that? That term presumably includes millions of people. In a demographic that large, you are certain to encounter someone who says or posts something inappropriate. Donald Trump is the President of the United States. You really believe he should be held to the same standard of conduct as some random person who occupies no position of leadership? Good luck with THAT argument. Moreover, you are right in saying that what Trump posted does not compare to what folks posted about Charlie Kirk. Kirk was a polarizing figure who intentionally inserted himself into politics and the media, and came out with hyper partisan stuff that invited responses from people on the other side of the political aisle. Trump posted about Obama's race, an immutable characteristic over which Obama has no control. Trump did not post about something Obama did or said. He depicited him as a primate.

Don't care. He got it because.....ummmm....because....hmmm....because summin 🤷‍♂️
And that means he deserves to be portrayed in a bad light?

Pffft, It's not like he stole from a children's charity, defrauded students at a fake university, cheated on three wives, including with a pornstar while the third wife was pregnant, grifted the world out of Billions of dollars, told 35,000 lies including the biggest lie in history, tried to overthrow a free and fair election in several ways, including violence, killed hundreds of thousands of children by cutting off their aid, stole top secret documents and refused to return them, lied about having them and tried to hide them, illegally confiscated ballots from a state he lost and tweeted a racist tweet that depicted a real Nobel prize winner as a primate.

But o...k...

I wasn't thinking about the Nobel, but sure. He didn't do anthing to deserve it before he got it or after but he sure as heck kept it. A shameless narcisist.
