I have been a part of IC for over 20 years. It seems that the content is getting less and less. I remember a time when during dook week there would be at least an interview of a former player or some sort of podcast talking about the rivalry, etc. Other sites are busting out content every day, particularly this week.
Very disappointed in dook week coverage…

I was definitely hoping for a game plan type podcast. Also wonder what happen to Rob’s podcast from the start of the season. IC does a great job though either way.
Confused by this. Would like to better understand. This is more pregame coverage than we've ever done in the history of Inside Carolina in terms of total content. We did have former player quotes and we did pregame podcasts. We've always valued quality over quantity, but I can't imagine readers have time to digest more than the sheer number of stories we've posted.

Sure Ben. But aside from the podcasts, the 8 different Duke-related articles that you've published about current players, former players, coaches, and historical significance, what ELSE have you done?

There are nearly 40 basketball games a year. We can’t do a pregame show for each one. But what have done is live postgame shows for every basketball game going on what, four years?
Of the seven podcasts dropped this week, five of them discussed Carolina Duke in some form during the course of the conversation. The only two that didn’t were baseball and women’s lacrosse. More than you’ll find anywhere else.
IC produced multiple articles a day since the Cuse game talking Carolina Duke in some form. More than you’ll find anywhere else.
I’m all for folks dropping suggestion and topic ideas for shows/ interviews/ whatever yall want to hear about. But on Carolina Duke, I’ll put what we’ve done and have always done up against any where and anyone else that covers the Heels.
In the meantime, I look forward to having ‘HubertIsYourDaddy’ in the pregame and postgame live chats today.

Not in the live shows I always watch or listen. I love the IC Daily’s, but podcasts/lives covering dook week is virtually been nonexistent compared to years past.

Iit’s more the drop off in podcasts…I was really enjoying the basketball show, Justin used to do a show, and I know he’s moved on to bigger things, just something to consider…all it takes is a brief look back and you’ll see there used to be more podcasts. Love IC and you’re my favorite host…always have been!
So you’ve changed the subject here. So I understand, you are missing that show which I get.
But we actually have more shows now than we ever have had - eight this week so far, Coast will make 9…for the week, all of which are on the audio and YT feeds and result in articles and board discussions - no place else comes close to that production.
back to the original subject and point you made….pregame shows on the day of the game you don’t think are a good thing? So GameDay and the like across the sports world…? IC Live ahead of football games on Saturdays?
Appreciate the kind words, just trying to understand where you are coming from on things we can do better.
