Great write-up.

I had no clue that Brad Pitt is the same age as Kelly (62).

However, I don’t think Lujan “fired his close friend” @mshelton33 . His contract was intentionally not renewed or extended, but the article sounds much harsher.

That’s true. I’ll go back and reword it. But regardless of how it sounds, the end result was the same: he lost his job because Braun didn’t want him back.

Let’s be honest: none of us wanted Lujan back after his first season.

There are many head coaches who would fire their friends mercilessly.

Braun’s measured approach is a symbol of coaching intelligence & strength.

The program is in great hands right now.
