Are you asking do we still want a coaching change or being rhetorical? Did you not see coach almost single handedly coached us out of a win. We almost lost on a banked in three. We got lucky. Rewatch from 4:30 left on the clock up 9 if you want an honest answer.
I do. Damn near blew a 9 point lead with 2 and some change left.
It's not like we don't have talent, because we do. These ladies are not being developed.

I would prefer to wait until the season is over to start talking about or debuting about a change. As I stated on another thread, moving forward CB and staff needs to work on closing a game execution with 2 minutes left on a clock near the end of practice when the players are tired. I would work on passing and cutting with less dribbling. No more one on one dribbling by the PG. If you go back and look at the mid major teams. They do not have a lot of talent but they do know how to pass and cut with less dribbling as well as know how to execute. We use to work on this when I played. Execution, Execution, Execution. You do not have to dribble much if everyone that is on the floor is moving, passing, cutting, and screening with less dribbling which is called the motion offense.
IMO UNC had worn state down in the first half. State came out in the second half and it appeared to me that their legs were shot. They gave all they had in the first half. The last 5 minutes of the game UNC went into stall mode and played right into what state needed. State was able to catch their breath and finished the game strong. State saw a couple shots go in the basket and they regained their confidence and then UNC had a struggle to hold onto the win. Honestly UNC does not have the players to hold the ball. A big shout out to India for playing under control last night she didn't force things like she has in the past. What has happened to Nyla Brooks? She can't hit a shot and she has been given every chance to get better. Elina went from starter to just a couple minutes a game. Cierra sat the last 5 minutes of the game, why? RK hit some big shots in the second half. Lanie was big. I'm not seeing a lot of growth with our players. We've seen a few of our players regress, NB, EA, Hull. We don't know which NH we will get from game to game. TQ has gotten better and I think that TH needs to play more.

I watched the scoreboard. It showed UNC come out on top which is the goal.
We won this game. I agree that the execution near the end was hard to watch. The turnovers by two veterans, IN and RK was a concern for me because they should know better. As someone stated earlier, you cannot blame those two mistakes on the coach and her staff. The falls on the players. They should no better my now. One being a senior and the other being a junior. The men did the same thing as well. The blew a 30 point lead and won by ten. HD tried to play some of the reserves when he took Henri, Caleb, and Seth out. The reserves starting making stupid turnovers which caused Syracuse to get back into the game. The one thing I can say about HD is when ask about he did not shy away like CB would have. He said that was unacceptable, gave a quote by Dean Smith, and she they will call back and look at the film to see what happen, make the adjustments, and learn from this as a team. CB would never had said this. HD does take ownership whether you like him or not and that is one thing that I respect about him. I would love to see CB take ownership like that but I know she won't.
The late game collapse has been repeated so many times. It needs to be fixed and that comes from coaching.
My opinion, we don’t have a dog who can get her on shot, next year we should have that player.
I'm not denying that. This was in response to everyone trying to say that CB was giving away the game. Just saying these people can't just blame CB for absolutely everything when she's not the one on the actual court making decisions. I wasn't lamenting on the players giving the game away... just trying to prove my point. I'm proud of them hanging on to win a rivalry game in a really hard place to play.
