Tanner did us no favors by extending Paris for 4 years after making one tourney. If we were to part ways at the end of the season I believe we would owe Paris $16 million dollars. Unfortunately, Beamer situation is similar. No way should our BOT allowed Tanner to make these buyouts. By the way I heard Tanner making hundreds of thousands a year from the university as a consultant. If I’m incorrect please correct me.

Unfortunately, the rumors us commoners here about being a country club over there, and taking care of their heard at our expense must be correct. Seriously considering to no longer pay fees and buy tickets, and just be the best fan I can from my bonus room.

Apparently, he was good at fund-raising and such. Maybe he can consult on how to raise the money for the buyouts for the hires he made.

Not to be an apologist, but the game went into OT, and we lost by 5.
I know that a loss is a loss, but they did not embarrass themselves, which at this point of the season is slight improvement.
Sad state of affairs when one can say "well at least we kept it close"
Had the play and the open look to get the W; Ellis was off less than 0.25 ft-lb/sec. I felt bad for the kid.

Lsu would have still had a couple of seconds to manufacture a score; just wanted to make the snigglers feel at home.

They did follow up a 47-point loss by losing at home to the worst team in the conference. One might think they’d come out and win that one. Nope. The team is embarrassing in general. I’d say the university should be embarrassed but right now this is par for the course in men’s sports.

And I take it back…we’re the worst team in the SEC.

This team is objectively bad by any standard. I do not see what one's level of financial commitment to our athletics program has to do with that fact.

Didn't you know? Your pretend level of financial giving that you make up for an anonymous message board determines how good of a fan you are, and how much weight othernposters must put on your opinion.
