I haven’t ever been to a high school meet, but the middle school ones definitely were. Especially if you have a kid that high jumps (first event) and 4x400 relay (last event)I like that ideal. The meets can be pretty taxing.

Thank you my friend.Glad you’re starting to get on the road to recovery. That flu is no joke. Feel better my man.
Will you stop! LMAOI would wonder if y'all ever have y'all's quarterback out running through town but then I remember nobody would notice unless they look down #mightymouse![]()
Was there a 5'10 running back wearing armour in there catching a rideWhen the chopper was getting ready to leave east Lincoln I heard a coach ask the recruit if he wanted to fly over to the next stop… Lincolnton. The recruit politely said he would prefer not… he hates that dang wolf howl and those terrible hotdogs.
A darn good thing they were flying instead of riding. I drove out to the grocery store around 6:30 and traffic was like a madhouse… where in the world does it all come from?
Some grouchy driver pulled up beside of me in one of these ultra big trucks that looks like you have to have a 7 foot ladder to get up in it. I was in turn lane and he was in a straight lane and I guess he got irritated because I wasn’t going fast enough before we had to stop. He lays down on his horn and it sound like something on an ocean liner BEEEEEEEEEEP… Typically, I just look straight ahead or don’t respond to it, but today I gave him a dose of my horn, which on a Toyota Prius sounded awfully weak compared to his horn. My horn made a noise like a very weak whining eeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee.
I should have an airhorn put on that Prius, but I’m pretty certain that if I did, somebody would have my assets thrown into the nursing home.
If not bazzle u got me stumped at the moment. lol i don't know the mountain area that's rumored alsoAnyone hearing anything about Norths next head coach?
If you ever see a car with Virginia tags just putting down E. Main Street without a care in the world, then it could be me. However, if you are up here in my neck of the woods then I become Cale Yarborough (chosen because that was my driver back in the day).A darn good thing they were flying instead of riding. Yes, I know that’s right, my friend. Heard this warning even back in the 1960’s. A teacher at LHS told his class about going to see his in-laws near Washington, DC, and while driving on the Capital Beltway he was doing 80 mph, and how motorist were blowing horns wanting him to go on.If you ever see a car with Virginia tags just putting down E. StormSurge, The only thing I’ve seen is posts on here. Haven’t been out and around much, but next week after the roads become passable I’ll run up on someone who knows. On page 9 of this thread, one of the posters who I’m thinking could be associated with the team indicated that he was actually here. There is definitely someone here that he could have an interest in.I’m here watching Lincolnton/Cramer boys basketball right now (varsity boys at 4:30 for some reason). I asked a few nice folks from Lincolnton about the money man coming and they are being coy.
I haven’t heard anything either other than what I read on these boards. Several of the Lincolnton basketball players were at the Cramer/BC basketball game on Thursday night so I walked up to Guyton and Robinette and asked them aboutStormSurge, The only thing I’ve seen is posts on here. Side Note: You saw the posts that AMD and some others mentioned about a helicopter going to Lincolnton and to East Lincoln, and I certainly did not take it seriously; but one day this week there was a low flying helicopter that came over this neighborhood.
I looked out but didn’t see it. The neighborhood I’m in is adjacent to the stadium area.
It isn’t unusual for helicopters to go over this part of Lincolnton, but they’re air ambulances. This particular helicopter was much lower, and there are several places around the stadium for it to land…Just thought it was worth mentioning.

With this deep snow, and frigid temperatures, I’m wondering when school will even open back up…This is a photo I just made of the wind blowing the snow past a street light. The temperature is 18 degrees and the wind must be gusting upwards of 20 mph or more. Very pretty snow fall.Mother nature is trying to slow Lincolnton down in the portal. She's gonna extend basketball season till football season starts with all this weather

They just canceled Gaston County tomorrowThey can go to school tomorrow the roads aren't that bad
Bunch of wussys. Y'all naming your team after the storm then I'll get scared of a little snowThey just canceled Gaston County tomorrow
Here, the city and state have done well with the roads, but if you drive on secondary streets there are still a lot of slick places. I’d be surprised if there is any school here this week…The low in the morning is predicted to be around 8 degrees. They can go to school tomorrow the roads aren't that bad
StormSurge, he is a demolition driver (really) and believes the entire world should think like that.Bunch of wussys. Y'all naming your team after the storm then I'll get scared of a little snow![]()
I can tell everybody one thing, if you were a bus driver negotiating the snow, the passengers would be taken for a ride that they could tell their grandchildren about.
Whoever runs that account is unhingedAre the fine folks in Lincolnton having a little cabin fever and trying to have some fun with everyone
I saw it and was like cmon NC Sportspage, you can’t get Punked like that. That page keeps saying that want credibility but then does stuff like this. Already taken down but still....
