COVID year and a redshirt year as well.okay - two injury seasons. How do you get another six seasons?
That's true for 95% of these players in this ridiculous world we're living in. Just think about a guy who simply wants to teach and be a HS football coach. Put in five years in college. It could take them 10-20 years to make that much in the real world. And that's if they even earn a degree. It's potentially life changing money.Probably making more money at Miami then he would in the NFL or civilian life. Business gonna business.
Holla
Is he a doctor?
Yep.How badass would it be if he was in the dorms and gets a freshmen roommate!
That is a sitcom that writes itself!
He’s not going to make more money this next year at anything else....loser
His check next yr is likely from the Florida department of Welfare:He’s not going to make more money this next year at anything else.
This could be fixed tomorrow: 5 years to play 5 seasons. Dont care if you are injured, redshirt, leave to go play in Europe, etc… no exceptions. His check next yr is likely from the Florida department of Welfare:
He has announced his decision not to declare for the NFL draft, but instead return to Miami for one more year.
If anybody could enforce rules this wouldn't be a problem. Lets say a guy gets hurt in August, he could just be "dropped" from the team and still get rehab through the team and then just resign the next year and not lose eligibility. Same thing for a redshirt. Just put the kids on a JV roster, and have some JV coaches work with them and their clock doesn't start. The only way to manage is through number of games, which is the current system. This could be fixed tomorrow: 5 years to play 5 seasons. Dont care if you are injured, redshirt, leave to go play in Europe, etc… no exceptions.
The best part about college freshmen: the older we get, they stay the same age.Yep.
Dude still gonna be banging idiot 18 year old sluts all over the place!
