It's been 5+ years, but for a chain, I like Buffalo Wings & Rings.
I've honestly never tried Wing Stop.
BW3 is terrible now and has been for a while.

Tracks Triple Crown are hands down the best wings.
Distant second is Caddyshack or Everetts
Then probably Oscars, Salty Dog and probably Cresent Moon
Char buff wings at The Watering Hole (Lincoln).
Maybe they tasted good because it was game day, we didn't totally suck and they were open early.

I'm not a wing dude, but if you come to grand island, I think the Chicken Coop has pretty good wings (and nachos).
Was pretty excited after all the reviews to get some Everett’s wings today.

Southwest Pit BBQ at 16th & P downtown Lincoln, not too far from the stadium is the best wings I've had in Lincoln, unfortunately no longer 50¢.
