I just realized I forgot to pay tolls from around New Year's, and now I am past the 14-day lookback window online and it shows I do not have an invoice, when I know I owe money. Anyone have experience with how that resolves?

When I go on they say I don't have an invoice but I know I do... On their website it says it can take 30 days so maybe it hasn't processed yet.
I missed some tolls last year coming back from O'Hare. I got a notice in the mail from them approximately 4 months later and it included some late fees. Wasnt a crazy amount for the late fees. About 2 or 3 other times I missed them too(always forgot to get the transponder out of glovebox). Those times never got a bill or anything. Could depend on how many tolls you missed?
Better pay your tolls. These guys will be showing up at your home with weapons drawn otherwise.

To answer the OP's question, just throw the bill in the trash indefinitely (as long as you don't plan on returning to that state). That's my approach to the kansas toll fee I've gotten.
They're getting all the late fees and fines in order so you'll get one big Bill. I refuse to pay mine I mailed a money for just the toll that was 3 or 4 years ago and no problems yet. They did keep sending me letters for a while but I haven't even gotten those anymore.

Or when it took 6 people to take him to the ground for trying to help a woman they had also knocked down? An ICU nurse isn't going to stand by while someone is being injured.
