He is probably our most reliable and consistent player
He’s really become a complete combo guard. Post feeds are crisp, knows when to pick up the tempo, and will step up and take threes when needed. I said when Lawrence was a freshman that there could be an All-B1G player in there somewhere. He won’t make first team and maybe not even second team, but his value to the team is at that level..

These Huskers, every game they get it going, better late then never and are 20 and 0. Incredible.

Nah, Rhule would probably just want to help Fred with his social media game and offer tips on the fine art of coach speak

Milton Rhule needs to have his *** moved to storage b for the duration

When I looked at the schedule before the season started, I thought NU had a shot to be 5-4 in the B1G at this point, and maybe 14-6 overall and on the bubble.

Did NOT see this coming,

One of Frager’s greatest assets is his athleticism. A lingering ankle problem would hurt our chances of advancing very far in March.
Just trust the team Dingle. Even if they drop the game against Michigan. Frager will be back and as good as ever this season. I know your experiences and all of your fake brother in law experiences is the end all be all to you. I played very competitive basketball. Sprained ankles are very common. Severe spraines he will be back in a few short weeks: stop with being so dramatic

But but but a 20-0 team will simply die in march without one guy. That is how teams get to 20-0 you know... leaning on one guy. This team had its struggles today and of course they missed his play but low and behold they continued to play for each other and showed their balls of steel and pulled away putting up a 44-17 run in the second.

This was a potential toe stubber before Michigan being at their barn. But panic never sets in with these guys.

Some people just make a statement and have to double, triple and quadruple down on it rather than just say you know maybe I am wringing my hands in excess,

NO game in the B1G is a gimme and a game may be dropped... maybe 2 maybe a few. But good LORD some people need to play into drama.

People would rather talk about losers like Rhule and think about next year's big football win v Ohio. They will wait until the basketball team loses one game and pile on.

It isn’t drama. It’s medicine. 4 days after the injury, Fred said the ankle is still swollen. That isn’t a minor ankle sprain. He’s a key piece.

He is a key piece

I’d be fine resting him however long he needs

Garcia getting more mins could help bring him along & we could literally lose out and still be in the tourney

Garcia did some good work yesterday on the defensive end. Fred just needs to put him on a No-threes-with-over-:05-on-the-shot-clock leash.
Nebraska NEEDS Mast to get out of his funk. Unfortunately, I don't think Michigan is the game he finds his mojo.
