Iowa is bigger but slower. They don’t react to our head fakes, so I wish we would take our open looks instead of always trying to fake our way inside, leading to turnovers.

Iowa finally hitting 3 pointers while Rutgers keeps, shooting bricks .Its really hard to accept that Rutgers roster has so many players that don't belong in the B1G Ten.

I am 56 and I could swear that I can match Badalau’s lateral quickness. The guy plays with two concrete blocks around his ankles, seen better athleticism at the local Y.

Mac Callum a great coach..to after their made 3 and theyve been humming ever since
A younger more defensive minded version of Fran

still run crisp sets and get lots of looks from the outside but they play a little more deliberate and better defensively than the old Iowa

If we can score 58 in the second half, we're right back in this

Edit: one minute left in the half this team turns into the dumbest roster on the planet. Zero strategy, totally unfocused. Almost always a bad shot or turnover and the other team gets the last shot. Just dumb as a horses ***.

Bennett Stirtz doesn’t come off the floor

He’s played the full 40 5 times this year and over 32 minutes 11 other times

He also averaged 39.3 MPG at drake last year… that’s really impressive

8 FGs and 12 TOs. Not a winning formula.

Iowa has so much length on the perimeter that it’s making it impossible for us to pass in the lane or to get open looks. They’re also not biting on pump fakes in the lane.

Bottom line — we need to run a few sets and launch from deep when we have an open look. Stop trying to score amongst the trees.

Pike's 2-for-1 approach is going to give me an aneurysm. Sideline inbound with 48.2, and we don't even enter the 3-point arc until 32 seconds. He's such an annoying martyr against considering any kind of analytics.
