You might research some of the best SEC teams that are doing the same. Just bc they “didnt” play at a big name school doesn’t mean they’re automatically better than kids who are lighting it up at smaller ones.
Anyone that’s out trying to win a Natty by redoing there entire team from kids wanting out of their big name School, besides about 2 or 3 teams that can afford the best, are saying they don’t know how to develop.
iowas shot is developing who they recruit and adding a few gaps here and there, it will depend more on good HS recruiting and development.. we don’t have the $ to buy a team.
And I like it, I suggest we’ll get better recruiting classes because of it and have better consistency and chemistry which wins.

545 rushing - 16 TDs
If only he started the year the way he ended it.
Probably gets drafted in the same spot as Purdy.
Gill - 278 yds - 1 TD
Phillips - 261 yds - 0 TDs
Wetjet - Juco walk-on - set records - will be drafted in the later rounds
Anderson - 54 yds - 2 TDs "developmental" program fail
Pace - 19 tackles - 2 PDs - okay, but there are people he started in front of that probably would've been better
Hawthorne - 15 tackles - 1 int - bright future (this is where you pray he doesn't bolt first chance he gets)
There are other names like Brown; Hecklinski; etc. But they didn't see the field enough to report on or draw conclusions.

I don’t believe any of those numbers, they are never made public. They are guesses at best
Makes sense. The only other teams I can think of that might need a Qb and that can open the check book are Bama and Oregon if Simpson or Moore go pro.

Leavitt was in Baton Rouge tonight and it just came out that he is lining up a visit to Tennessee.
I saw that Lagway has taken a few visits to Baylor, FSU (just signed an Auburn QB), and another ACC school (Virginia?). I haven't seen anything on Raiola which is pretty strange idk where he will end up.

Kent State WR Cade Wolford will be in town for a visit today, and better news that Iowa will get a visit from Fred Russell clone L.J. Phillips Jr. from South Dakota, who put up over 1900 yards rushing this year.
