    Trying to get back on board with Pope

    Pope had a better year than Cal in year one . Last year Cal had the 13th hardest sec schedule vs Popes # 2. Switch schedules and I’d say the seasons would be reversed. And Cal had arguably one of the top 3 players he’s ever had . You must have really been impressed by his 2 ncaa tournament wins...

    How about you build a competitive roster in the spring and early summer so you don’t need someone to give you a “break”? Darn lucky Momcilovic didn’t get the draft projection he was hoping for or we might have been NIT bound . That was your “break”.

    Billy Donavon has turned us down twice and North Carolina just a few months ago. Isn’t a slam dunk that he could run a successful college program these days anyway.

    Coupled with being extremely over optimistic. To the point that it’s a detriment to himself. He always expects rainbows and unicorns and it puts himself/us in vulnerable positions.
