    The stalling non-calls and calls need to be reviewed and rectified. Any wrestler who is allowed to go 6:30 without taking a meaningful shot should have multiple passivity/stall calls and penalty points.     I've posted this in the past. There should be no such thing as a "knee wrestler," apart from someone missing a leg (Robles). A count for stalling should be issued for willfully taking a knee at neutral.
