    At the end of the day, we need a coach who’s done it before. Put an end to the “up and coming coordinator” thing. Hire a G5 HC who’s making waves and knows how to run a program. Too much time is being wasted with “learning” and “mistakes.” I don’t dislike Lebby, I know he’s not out there...

    I’m not sure why the Head Coach mattered. Leach let him act independently, he didn’t care what they did as long as it worked, and it worked.

    If they manage to beat the Buckeyes, I would imagine they’ll clean the bracket. The Buckeyes are stout, and that’s putting it lightly. Especially that defense.

    Would make sense, did UNLV ever find the funding for the 3 final years of his contract? Wouldn’t surprise me if he found out they can only afford him through next season, and he’s looking for some stability.

    I don’t hate it. He’s learning, outside of some bonehead decisions and late game heartbreakers this team was a massive step up from last year. KT’s on board, and we’re not seeing a mass exodus to the Portal, yet. Might as well let it ride until a sure-thing HC crops up.

    Grade Lebby so far

    B- He’s learning. He wants to win as badly as we want to see our team win. Personally, I think he’s a nice guy and loyal to a fault, which at this level you can’t have. Explains why we had Blake starting most of the year, and why Hutzler is still in his position. He’ll shed that away with time...
