    Don't forget "The Predator" Robert Sands....he could hit as well. I remember one in particular that was pretty devastating. I think it may have been against Florida State when he stuffed the QB on a QB run.

    Actually, yes it is his job. The literal definition and job of coach is to develop players. At the Power 5 level it most certainly is to develop players that are good enough to make it to the NFL.
