I am sure you know this but the Alston case was only part of it.... The "summer of George Floyd" was also a big factor. NIL didn't mean you had to have an open transfer portal etc. That came from the idea that "ownership" (ie: the schools) were creating inequity by forcing kids to sit out if...- WVUMPA98
