Perfect roast turkey recipe..

I added one of my favorite rubs and an injection, which probably was a little too much sodium. Smoked a prime rib right next to it, which also turned out great. I'll probably do it again for Christmas.

Perfect roast turkey recipe..

I've been meaning to say thanks for posting this. I did it on the smoker at 275 with a spatchcocked bird. I also added a few things to it, but it turned out great! I could eat it on a sandwich damn near every day.
