    Some wanted Skip, some wanted Doc and some wanted Terry considered. That led to Stew getting the job after the bowl game as a political compromise with Doc on the staff. A bad process and decision led by Joe and allowed by Garrison and Pastilong.

    No, the top half is better than Kansas now but we lost to them later in the year in a bad year and on the road. Iowa St was better than all but the top couple of MAC teams when we lost in 3OT late in the year. Marshall lost to Akron 65-38 at home in week 3 of the season. I guess that they can...

    Yeah but those aren't MAC teams. Bad losses yes, but not the same. I just can't believe that people seriously consider Doc as head coach at WVU.

    The decision to eliminate multi-year assistant contracts is what concerns me the most. I understand the indecision about Dana but I think that spending money for staff continuity has been good for WVU. I'm concerned that this approach will hurt recruiting when WV has the best class of recruits...
