Good, finally somebody is doing something about the circus that is college athletics with NIL. This isn't intended to be the law of the land. This is intended for college athletic regulatory agencies (NCAA, cough, cough) to actually step up and do their ******* jobs.
The only school that recruited Taylor as QB was Nebraska. So, yes, he was originally recruited as a QB by NU. He probably wouldn't have come to NU otherwise. Now, what they did with him on the practice squad during his true freshman year is irrelevant.
