    Basically Jay Jacobs was promoted to AD at the command of Mr. Lowder. A reasonable person would believe that AD Jacobs loyalties belong to Mr. Lowder above the good of the university.

    Kinda sorta not really. Send an empty truck to lets say Cali...show fuel receipts along the way...log books....forge a bill...**** does it really matter I think the country knows they are guilty. This is about to cost Slive his job...he is just pissed that he is not in control any longer.

    Would be real easy to hide...with cost of fuel and freight would not be unusual to show large influx of cash on your books...provide a few fuel purchases and your in the clear.

    What's the chance that Greg Bryne leaked the information to the various media outlets? Greg would have been the one reporting to Slive and Co. Inc. in January and also is there not a connection btwn Stricklin/Byrne and Jacobs.
