    i think we will see a lot of what we saw in year 1. we will score a lot of points, beat some really good teams, but some games cant hit anything an lose even to some bad teams. if pope exits year 3 with 10+ loses, he will have 36+ loses during his tenure. just not sure how you can play it...

    100%. there was a scenario where the next 3-4 months could have been just brutal if we lost moreno and whiffed on milan. neither happened so no reason to dwell over the summer

    my optimism is tempered. with momcilovic i am personally looking forward to the season vs dreading it. but i think we are just a 2nd weekend NCAAT team. if we exit the summer with 2 or 3 really good recruits then i'll get excited about the future. acquiring talent is still an issue

    with stokes there is a higher ceiling but also way more risks. milan raises our ceiling but brings a lot of maturity and leadership to the locker room where drama and other stuff wont really be an issue.

    the biggest thing in UL's favor is that they play in the ACC. there are 10-12 teams that just are not competitive.
