    Kick ***. This matters. Auburn admissions are now at 37%. Give kids a reason to come and then you can be selective with who you let it. The other option is be Ole Miss and let 97% in and just take the money with no pride. I would rather be like Auburn.

    Exactly. It is a critical aspect of the student experience and our university whether you choose to participate or not. Having “things” and “nice things” matters. In athletics - are the LED lights critical? Do we have to have them to stay relevant? I am sure some students don’t know or care...

    Just toured State, Bama, and LSU - the housing situations at Bama and LSU are superior. I was shocked that some of the dorms when I was at State 30 years ago are still standing and in almost the same condition.
