Deshawn Elliot, talking tash about Herman

We'll see what happens. There were so many Charlie Strong guys in that locker room that never really bought in to the new coaching staff...despite the fact they were better coached. In Elliott's case it is mostly sour grapes. I think he and Williams are showing why they were used as examples...

The World Cup - Anyone watching besides me?

It's not as hard to find interesting games now as it used to be. International soccer is fantastic...World Cup, Euro's, Gold Cup, Copa America, etc. Club soccer route, the Champions League is on most fox networks. You can find almost every Bundesliga (Germany) and Premier League (England)...

Akers wasn't bad at all, just not elite. 10 years at Texas 86 wins 9 Bowl games 2 times played for MNC 2 SWC titles His downfall was that he was not very well liked, went 2-7 in Bowl Games and failed in big games. But I certainly wouldn't lump him in with Mac 1 and Strong. David McWilliams...

USC as well. I don't think Florida State has had a losing season since 1976 or something.

The World Cup - Anyone watching besides me?

Agreed. Belgium WAS the best team in the tournament...most complete team. Not having Muenier was a killer. I also presented the idea that if Martinez had the option to remake his starting 11 I bet Dembele would be out in favor of Mertens on the RW, drop Fellaini back in the middle and keep...

Our next Basketball Coach should be

Seems like Kyle Keller or Chris Jans would make sense.

    Way to go Kansas State!

I agree 1000%. One reason that the NBA is so hard to watch now is the utter lack of perimeter defending. 50 free throws and 50 3's a game is NOT fun to watch.

Being an avid golfer I and thousands of golf fans are glad to see Tiger Woods playing so great

It's safe for sure. Even in Tiger's time the amount of golfers that have the game to consistently compete were extremely limited. Today you have DJ, JT, Spieth, Rickie, Day, Rose, Sergio, Phil, Bubba, Rory, Rahm, and Matsuyama. A healthy Koepka, and Stenson can be added to the list. Then you...

I love the new format. I'm sure it is rough on the golfers that play into Sunday (6-7 rounds), but it gives us more golf to watch and if you struggle in your opening match you can still come back. I don't remember any negative comments from the players last year with the new format.

Fam is good my man...thank you for asking! About to have #4 kiddo...blessed and full house! I like the semi-final to be Sergio, Rahm, DJ, and Spieth. DJ and Rahm I think will just over power this course, and this is basically a home "game" for Sergio and Spieth. From there, who the heck...

Texas Rangers and the Baltimore Rang....er...Orioles. I also like the Red Sox and Royals... From D/FW so the Rangers are an easy pick... Favorite player of all time is Brooks Robinson. Also love me some Cal, Moose, and Earl Weaver. George Brett is another one of my favorites all time, so...

Do current High School Coachs actually teach classes?

They don't do much K2C... If they are the campus coordinator they have to be at all sporting events they can. I guess some have coaches meetings, but I'll bet most don't. I guess you can equate them to the athletics principal if you will...but without as many responsibilities.
