    If you fire everyone who goes 7-5 or has a bad season, there will be no one coaching. Just look at the 5 year records of the top ten teams this year. Most of those coaches would be gone

    Look how many seniors we have starting and how many will be drafted this year and I think you will answer your own question. 16 under class men are starting. They maybe talented. 5 upper clasmen starting does not speak to a wealth of talent left by the previous coaching staff

    Vegas best prediction was a 7-5 year. Many had us at 5-7. If you go back and read the football pre-season publications....at best we would only loose 4. Not sure where everyone thought we would have this great season. Especially when we started the year with 3 of our 5 starting seniors out.
