    I was told the price is so high due to lack of labor. The louisiana farms lost most of their immagrant help. Maybe so. But their crawfish prices are too high for me.

    It's not the price of gas that you need to be concerned about. It's the availability of it. You younger guys don't remember 1973-1974 when there were long long lines at the gas pumps.     We wound up at Macbes. Pretty good food. Thanks for the recommendations guys. Now if you're in the Jackson metro area, let me recommend some very tasty fried shrimp. You're not going to believe this, but it's at Craker barrel at Pearl, MS. Yes, Cracker barrel. Who woulda thought.

    L4, I can understand young boys that cry. I've seen that a lot at T-ball games. But most of these young men are paid profesional "student athletes", are they not? They should be man enough to take the good with the bad, IMO. And Glorydawg, I felt the same when I arrived at Ft. Polk many years ago.
