    What allegations? The main reason a 4 star QB would choose BC over ND or transfer to BC from ND is to be the only 4 star QB, rather than one of 5. Kelly doesn’t seem like a good guy, but highly ranked QBs transfer from any school when they get beat out.

    Why would Penn State pay or be responsible for anything regarding his death? He was in an off campus apartment. The entire campus is closed. It is sad and tragic, but there is no way Penn State can be held accountable.
