Edenton Holmes 8-1 vs Manteo 7-2

Wow they aren't deserving of the 1 but the system is flawed so it is what it is. Silver lining is that it would guarantee us a shot at Tarboro. It would just be a round earlier. I want that game as a measuring stick for our program.

Edenton will get an RPI boost for light work.

If the Playoffs Started Today 1A/2A

Only 3 contenders in the East, Tarboro, Warren County, and Edenton, in that order.

If the Playoffs Started Today 1A/2A

Jones Senior getting a playoff birth at 0-10 is comical. Reaching the playoffs used to mean something. Now it means nothing. Should have gone to 6 classifications, not 8.

Actually I agree. Eastern Plains is down but is still much better than our league. Partly due to the schools being bigger but overall just better. And I also agree we wouldn't shut out most of those teams. I actually wish they had put us in a better league. Competition sharpens you for the...

Conference is trash. But Eastern Plains 2A/3A is very down this year so this not the year to be talking about conference strength.

Im not speaking out against Tarboro. I have said over and over that Tarboro is great. They are the standard. I am speaking against this idea that somehow the three good teams yall beat this year, Rocky Mount, SWE, and Havelock are so wonderful. Thats all I have been saying. You are...

I never said Tarboro played a weak schedule. They have definitely played a stronger schedule than us, although we played 6A, 5A, 5A, 4A, and 4A. What i have been saying is that Tarboro fans are acting like yall played Murderers row and I am questioning that. Hunt is very good, despite being...

I thought Tarboro's non conference opponents were world beaters. Surely they wont all lose will they? Lmao

Speaking of sorry did Farmville Central and Greene Central play a basketball game Friday night? Do they play any defense in the Eastern Plains Conference?

I understand yall are spoiled but yall really need a reality check. I just explained in an earlier post why the teams Tarboro beat in the non conference arent world beaters. Im not going to repeat that here. And your conference is weak this year. 3 or 4 losses is silly. But at this point...

You’re right it’s easy to record 8 straight shutouts. I wonder why it’s been 25 years since it’s been done. And I wonder how those sorry teams are managing to score against other schools.🤔

Thanks for the reminder but kids get older and kids graduate and so the teams aren’t the same as the last two years if you didn’t know.
