    New rule VHSL is emphasizing is defenseless receiver. You have to form tackle, open hands(push) or be making a play on ball. It’s the right call just making the game soft.

    JM was outscored 15-0 in 4th Qtr and lose 64-58 to nationally ranked Myers Park. Great game, bigs got in foul trouble for JM. Couldn’t hold on for the win.

    Phoebus defense is indeed better at certain levels(secondary/linebackers). Neck and neck to me means, they’re not far off and definitely have showed that against top talent across the state. Phoebus has more playmakers, while Varina has role players that work well in there system.
