    I typically add a tablespoon of good cocoa powder to our chili. Also, ancho chili powder, some cayenne, cumin, a bay leaf and a tablespoon of Worcestershire sauce.

    I used to bus tables and wash dishes at the Deli. In addition to pay, you received a sandwich (Reuben or Cheesesteak with SOM for me) a side (French Onion soup), and a drink (Chocolate Malt). The money was awful, but I ate well.
