    Winning is not a right, it's a reward for hard work and dedication. You also need some good athletes to develop, good coaches, school and community support.     Let them blow their horn. Gate City used to have a guy in a truck that blew a loud horn. They played at Powell Valley, (Bullit Park) and our police made him stop. That was wrong. Let the fans enjoy the game. They just want to have a rooting tooting good time.
