I’ve said this 15 times on here. In Cal’s own words in one of his books (Bounce Back, I think), he says he lies about injuries to hide disciplinary action or other stuff.

That’s it for the last 23 years. You’d have to back to 1996 to find a different SEC team that made the final four.
Man, I wish we could all be so lucky to suck at our jobs but an employer is forced to keep us simply because it costs too much to get rid of us.
Why an employer would allow someone to have such leverage is insane. Kudos to the agents who negotiated the deal though.
How did a school like FAU not earn it? They’ve only lost three games this whole season?

Why are some of you so upset about non traditional programs making it to the final four? These are legit teams. God forbid we get get champs who actually had to earn it instead of just being placed in the semis and championship by votes and human bias like football has done.

Same thing every year. Seeing what we are and who we have on our rosters while seeing the types of teams succeeding this year, let all of these guys go and take the coach with them.
Yeah, I hate what we are. This is the brand that Cal created for this program. No one gives a crap about this place. We get the wrong type of players in this program. Reed Sheppard may be the only kid who gives a crap about UK. 😂

I know your point but Billy G’s one good season was a sweet 16 with TAMU. What a ridiculous decision by this university simply cause the guy beat Louisville at Rupp.

I mean, yeah, the final four is in Houston so I’m sure it would’ve been better for them to have made it. None of these teams have big fan bases but considering this is a once in a lifetime event for three of these schools, maybe they flood the city.
