    I've previously been suspended over there for like 10-20 days or something like that and all of my functionalities (private messaging, signature, etc....) have been completely shut off, but not banned.

    According to the records that I see, you paid for a subscription to TarHeelsIllustrated.com, not VirginiaPreps.com. You should be able to see all of their subscription/VIP boards, but not the ones here because that is where your subscription lies.
