    If they motivate players, I'm all for it. In high school we got gold stars for QB sacks, tackles behind lines etc. offensive side too. 1 player got a cherry Coke for the nastiest stick laid on someone in a game. Looking back, a sticker or a pop? Who cares. We did, a lot.

    OT Umbrella Insurance

    Little fish landlord. 4 single family homes. I pay just under $400/yr. I don't know offhand what my liability base is, but I use an insurance broker who seems to think I have the appropriate level of coverage.

    Curious if many of you have this and especially anyone who's had to use the coverage. I've been paying for mine for several years 1 Million I believe. I'm probably not getting rid of it because of my landlord exposure but it just seems like another subscription fee I'm always paying for.
