Do you know they did nothing? I would assume both players were disqualified for fighting. If so, add a foul to both teams foul count and play from point of interruption.

JM player did not stay in the game. The NFHS feed has announcers. The Hopewell player was disqualified and the JM player as well since the clear taunting led to the sucker punch. Double flagrant fouls and point of interruption throw in. No free throws

The Infield Fly does not specify the positions (so yes it can be an outfielder). It needs to be a routine play in the infield area. That does leave some interpretation, but calling it in your situation seems like the right thing to do.
