My only concern with Drew is that he's not a homerun hire, and he's not an up and coming coach. So if we sign him and he doesn't do that well after a few years, he's not someone that you can just let go after 3-4 years and it be seen as "not a good fit", but he's also not a homerun type of guy...

He also was only 2 years out from his last championship when they lost to Lehigh, then they made the E8 the next year before losing to Mercer the year after that. Little different than what Cal has done recently.
09-10, 10-11, 11-12, 14-15 Cal? No clear cut replacement. Recent Cal? Not hard to replace. There's probably a lot of coaches who probably won't get his recruiting classes, but could do the same or more with solid freshman and portal players.
