The hitch is going to prevent him from ever getting serious NBA run along with his poor handle. If he comes back does the staff dare try to fix the hitch? It’s the single biggest thing he needs to fix in order to further a possible NBA career.
They are going to look like a classic Cal Kentucky team….most of the impact guys are going to be very young. Only upperclassman projects to be Foster. What is interesting is they need better lead guards IMO and Sarr helps but they seem scared of upsetting the Boozer’s after Lucas left for Miami...
He either is better than Aberdeen or he isn’t? The best player in practice will get the spot. And if he isn’t better than a senior with national championship experience that’s okay and not a negative referendum on his game. We are going to be a defense first team next year so if he doesn’t guard...
That backcourt (Fland, Lee) is a turnstile on defense….but that frontcourt with or without Condon is going to block shoots and rebound like mad. Florida should be Top 25 good but not Top 10 good.
Duke, Kansas, and UNC have all had very odd approaches to the portal this offseason.
Duke- hasn’t used it at all yet (assuming Cowherd goes NBA) and is trusting either Foster or shorter Boozer to be the lead guard.
Kansas- Has been adding C & D tier portal guys which implies they are short on...
Just connecting some dots….Coward seems likely to stay in the draft so Duke is ramping up recruiting Sarr. Kansas was counting on Sarr so they may be throwing a bag at Stokes to reclassify for next year as that roster is one big player away.
It would be malpractice for the coach to not make back-up plans regardless of the likelihood of the final decision. Also the final list of combine invites likely informed the mock drafts….not necessarily Oweh’s stock rising.
It appears he likely did some unethical stuff with Florida female students….I read in it’s entirety the Florida Title Nine final report and it absolutely didn’t absolve Golden just stated he didn’t do anything wrong during his “official” capacities as a Florida University employee. What was he...
I hate to speak ill of the seriously injured….but Arenas as a freshman PG IF he can play this year isn’t going to be setting up plays much for other guys.
I’ll be shocked if it isn’t Arkansas…..ESPN cares about TV ratings primarily AND it is likely UK & Arkansas will be the highest ranked SEC teams in the pre-season rankings when the schedule is decided. Florida or Bama could still sneak in there but as of today it’s UK & Arkansas.
