Hawthorne could be suprisingly in regular rotation next season

I think you missed my sarcasm about Little Calipari's tattoo... I am in total agreement with you

    Is it close or not

I don't see how anyone can legitimately argue with the original post. It's really simple math...Those heights/weights are actually very close. It's a shame everyone has hijacked a simple math question and turned it into an assessment of individual & team talent then trying to use that to...

Hawthorne could be suprisingly in regular rotation next season

Or it could mean he is way better than expected... which would mean our OPPONENTS are in deep trouble.

Hawthorne could be suprisingly in regular rotation next season

Seems like I've heard that before... 🤔 Should the players all get tattoos of that?

Just how talented this roster will be

It still depends on WHICH 2-3 guys are lost. Last year the problem wasn't just that 4 guys (Butler, Kriisa, Jax, Car) were injured for significant amounts of time, it's that 3 of them were the top 3 guys at the PG position. In addition, 3 of them were starters. I don't care which team you are...

    Lowe's height

Let's just be honest, so much is made of metrics, so you know guys would do anything to gain an advantage. So, if they had shoes that inflated their height a little, it COULD sway things in their favor. By doing the measurement without shoes, it's just getting the true, raw measurement. In...

Braydon Hawthorne will announce his college decision in May 20, Kentucky in his top 5

Why would that matter? Redshirts count toward the scholarship limit, Potter redshirting or not still counts as a scholarship.

Braydon Hawthorne will announce his college decision in May 20, Kentucky in his top 5

If that's the case, Pope should have him talk to Jaland Lowe about the joys of playing in the Pitt offense...that may trim his list to just WVU & UK

American basketball player arrested for drug smuggling in Indonesia - possible death penalty.

The "no longer" part is actually just a return to the way it was in the 80s/90s... I knew a female missionary who was over there, and IIRC, she could be beaten for being alone in public. At that time, females were required to have someone with them. I think even 2 or 3 females walking together...

JQ says he came to Kentucky becasue they can win a National Championship.

I think money could (likely is) still the top priority. However, I also agree with other that just because money may be a (if not THE) top priority, it doesn't mean winning isn't equal b/c winning at all cost often drives players to outwork anyone else. As they do that, the long-term earning...

    Brandon Garrison

When watching his post defense and rebounding, I think it is as much lack of court awareness & instincts as it is effort. Guys who are great rebounders, great assist guys, great shot blockers, etc, have a great read on the floor where they are often 2-3 steps ahead of everyone else. So...

    Miikka Muurinen

yeah, I'm with you... my response was intended to just be a fun, sarcastic jab at Cal... not you

    Miikka Muurinen

I don't agree... Cal doesn't do well with Euro style big men who can handle, shoot, etc. He thinks the offensive game is only 6ft and in for his bigs. Defense, OTOH, he wants his bigs to be able to guard positions 1-5 (which I admit is an awesome luxury).

This is our roster so far

I would agree with your statement re: playing time & money IF Oweh returns. However, IF he doesn't, that would free up both the minutes and the money allocated for him to be used on another wing who withdraws from the draft.
  15. U

Is Oweh’s return less likely ?

I think the message you quoted actually agrees with you... it's saying that players who are more desperate for money are often trying to take care of family (parents, etc). However, since Otega's brother is already a pro athlete, there is probably less need for Otega to take care of his...
