    Mark Pope 46-26 63.8% after 2 seasons at UK

    Pope also has won 3 of his 46 games on Wednesday and Thursday of the SEC tourney because his seasons were so bad. Mark Pope is coaching at the University of Kentucky. Another issue with his 26 losses is about 15 of them have been disastrous and embarrassing blowouts.

    It’s kind of odd for Pope to be boasting about sending a kid home after 3 hours when he had 14 of the top 20 kids visit and all say no. He had all three bedsheet guys in town for at least 36 hours and struck out on them as well. Does he think it’s impressive that he turned someone away?

    UK did have its worst crowds ever at the SEC tournament. UK also had its worst crowd ever in the NCAA tourney for a driving distance site this season. It was not boycotting but severe apathy.

    If Noah and Jelavic are our shooters we are in for as bad a season next year. They were our shooter this year and Trent ended 5-27 in conference play and Jelly ended 7-32 in conference. 20 percent from our “shooters” on 60 attempts.
