    And yet thats not the issue...one thing we've also seen on tgis Board in years past is goldfish mentality. Crying and moaning, which is all forgotten at the end of the year (usually) then it restarts over each year. And not going undefeated abmnd winning every game by 30 is voicing "concerns"...
